The Rajasthan Medical Journal (RMJ) is a broad-spectrum open-access; peer-reviewed scientific journal published by SMS Medical College, Jaipur. The journal aims to provide an intellectual platform for scientists, researchers and academia for the communication, discussion and dissemination of new ideas & theories, scientific knowledge, investigations, opinions and latest research in the field of Medical Science and related disciplines to publish their scientific work in as much detail as possible. It encourages intra-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary original researches, case studies, letter to editor and reviews in the field of health sciences. It strives to throw light on latest trends and developments in medical science research, medical education encounter trials, rare presentations and innovative interventions within all fields of Medical, Dental and Surgical Sciences.

The evaluation and publication process of RMJ is in accordance with the guidelines of ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) and its goal is to motivate and enhance research in medical field with the motto of improving lives of the people and effective health care in society.
